CHAPTER 28 - Deliver Justice on Heaven's Behalf

Needless to say, the short man already knew it without being told, so he gritted his teeth and ordered:
"Kill these people first, then we'll go over to support them! Where's the boss?"

"I don't know! When I went to look for the boss, he was not in his room. Did these people take action first?"

The younger brother replied in a low voice.

Hearing this, the short, metal ability-user's expression changed and his eyes darkened, and he felt that his opportunity had come.

"Brothers! We have to avenge the boss!!"

The man's roar aroused the ferocity of the people who gathered around him, but Wu Lianyi clearly saw through the other person's little thoughts. What avenging the boss? The person is missing, not dead. He was so anxious to take the position, what would his boss think?

Sun Yi also gave the man a look of contempt, then raised her hand and started shooting at the people surrounding her. Not all of these people have special abilities, and her perception ability was not just for show. She shot accurately, and within moments, opened a gap in the encirclement.

Wu Lianyi tilted her head to avoid the bullet, and at the same time threw a lightning ball the size of a ping pong ball in the direction where the bullet came from. She also muttered:
"Earth Eagle, thanks!"

"You might as well call me by my name!"

Earth Eagle didn't like his code name very much. As he spoke, he launched earth spikes with ease and subdued the lunatics who surrounded his two comrades. He was the one who erected the earth wall at the critical moment.

The lightning ball thrown by Wu Lianyi accurately hit the person who had sneak-attacked her, turning him into charcoal. The other party collapsed on the ground, instantly losing his combat effectiveness.

As Ying Yi and Earth Eagle approached, Wu Lianyi took out equipment for the two of them from the space. "Go and release those people!"

The clever younger brother also saw it, and in order to escape, he immediately released the captive zombies. These were all Level 1 zombies, and there were even two or three Level 2 zombies mixed in.

The familiar "wheezing" sound reached everyone's ears, and the faces of the members of the Black Eagle Team all darkened. They did not expect that these scum actually kept zombies. As for what they used to raise them, they don't have to guess to know.

The ten people who infiltrated the base camp immediately began to move closer, shooting these doomsday lunatics faster and ruthlessly. These people had no bottom line and there was no need to save them.

There were only about 50 people left in the base camp, and they had already killed about a dozen people quietly before. With this round of cleanup, almost all the lunatics in the base had fallen, but now zombies have surrounded them.

Wu Lianyi frowned as she looked at the zombies surrounding them. At first glance, these people looked like ordinary people, including men, women, old and young. There were even some female zombies who were naked, with their mouths with open, rushing towards them.

Then gunfire rang out again, and this time Wu Lianyi took out her Lei Yao Sword from the space and rushed straight towards the direction where the zombies were pouring out.

Because the Black Eagle team was busy with the zombies, it gave the short man an opportunity. He immediately took advantage of the chaos and ran out of their base camp under the cover of the night. However, before he could even touch the side of the car, he was shot dead on the head.

"Cleaned up a fish that slipped through the net!"

A low voice came from everyone's earphones, and then everyone continued to focus on killing zombies.

Ying Ao on the other side led his men to approach in a low-key manner and waited until midnight. After those people relaxed their vigilance, they directly used bombs to clear the way and supported them with hot weapons. In just an hour, they removed the obstacles that were set up, successfully completed the mission, and rescued a group of survivors who were preparing to enter L city to seek refuge.

"Leave 20 people to guard here, and the rest will go with me to support Ying Yi and the others."

Once the the situation was under control, Ying Ao immediately gave orders and led people to support their comrades.

When Ying Ao arrived, what they saw was the scene of zombies coming out of the cage. Ying Yi and the others were doing their best to get eliminate the zombies and prevent them from leaving the base.

"Get to work!"

Ying Ao simply waved his hand, and the 30 people he brought also joined the battle. Because of their involvement, the battle ended quickly, and then they began to clean up the battlefield.

"Captain, Eye Eagle found the cellar where they kept the women and children."

"How many people?"

"About 40 or 50 people. We also found their warehouse next to the cellar. There's a lot of stuff in there, and there's also a room where some dying people were locked up."

"Purple Eagle, you and Eye Eagle go take a look and screen those people."
